Pisco Day and Pisco Sour Day
Fourth Sunday of July. It was established as the Pisco Day in Peru through Ministerial Resolution No. 055-99-ITINCI/DM dated May 6th, 1999.
Likewise, Pisco Sour Day is celebrated the first Saturday of February, in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 161-2004-PRODUCE, April 22nd, 2004. |
