    Besides the Pisco Sour recipe, a good pisco has endless ways to be enjoyed. Some of them are shown below:

     

    Across the Pacific:

    1 y 1/2 ounces of pure pisco
    1/4 ounce of banana liquor
    1/2 ounce of blue curaçao
    1 ounce of milk
    1 ounce of coconut cream

    Canario (Canary):

    1 ounce of pisco
    ½ glass of orange juice
    4 to 5 ice cubes
    Preparation:
    Place ingredients in shaker and mix vigorously. Decorate with cherry.

    Capitán (Captain)::

    1 ounce of pisco
    1 ounce of vermouth
    4 ice cubes
    Preparation:
    Pour pisco in a mixing glass, add vermouth and mix with a bar spoon. Add ice to taste. Decorate with cherry and a slice of orange in the center of the glass.

    Chau gripe (Goodbye to flu)

    2 ounces of pure Italia pisco
    3 limes
    1 cup of hot boiled water
    Bee honey or sugar to taste

    Chiclayano

    6 tea spoons of cane syrup
    3 tea spoons of curaçao
    18 drops of Angostura bitter
    3 glasses of pisco
    2 ice cubes
    Preparation:
    Place all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker and mix.

    Chilcano:

    2 ounces of pure pisco
    1 ounce of cane syrup
    1 dash of Angostura bitter
    1 dash of lime juice
    ½ slice of orange
    6 ice cubes
    Ginger ale
    Preparation:
    Pour a tall glass mixing the ingredients. Add ice and fill glass with ginger ale. Decorate with a lime or orange slice and straws.

    Eclipse de Pasión (Passion Eclipse):

    2 ounces of pure pisco
    ½ ounce of cane syrup
    2 ounces of eggfruit juice
    1 ½ ounces of milk
    ¼ ounce of grenadine syrup

    Fortaleza Rosada (Pink Fortress):

    1 ½ ounces of pure pisco
    ½ ounce of coconut liquor
    ½ ounce of lime juice
    1 ounce of coconut cream
    1 ounce of cranberry juice

    Gran Cruz (Great Cross):

    2 ounces of pure pisco
    1 ounce of drambuie
    1 ounce of lime juice

    Lucinda:

    2 ounces of pure pisco
    2 ounces of milk
    ½ ounce of coconut cream
    ½ ounce of grenadine syrup

    Malagueña Azul (Blue Malagueña):

    2 ounces of pure pisco
    ½ ounce of peach tree liquor
    ¼ ounce of banana liquor
    ½ ounce of blue curaçao
    8 ounce of peach juice

    Niebla peligrosa (Dangerous Mist):

    1 ½ ounces of pure pisco
    5 ounces of orange juice
    ½ ounce of your preferred anisette
    4 or 5 ice cubes
    ¼ ounce of mint cream
    Serve in tall glass

    Ombligo del Mundo (The World’s Bellybutton):

    1 ½ ounces of pure pisco
    ½ ounce of seven roots liquor
    ½ ounce of cat’s claw liquor
    5 ounces of orange juice
    Coconut cream

    Perú Libre (Free Peru):

    1 ounces of pisco
    1 lime slice
    Coke
    Ice
    Preparation:
    Pour pisco in a tall glass, add Coke and ice to taste. Serve with a slice of lime.

    Peruano de Pura Cepa (Peruvian Through and Through):

    1 ½ ounces of acholado pisco
    ½ ounce of Oporto del Abuelo
    1/2 ounce of grenadine syrup
    ¼ ounce of lime juice
    2 ounces of yellow soda

    Piscahuelo:

    1 ounce of pure pisco
    ½ ounce of extra dry vermouth
    1 ounce of blue curaçao

    Pisco Collins:

    2 ounces of pisco
    ¾ ounce of cane syrup
    ¾ ounce of lime juice
    4 to 6 crushed ice cubes
    1 lime slice
    1 maraschino cherry
    Preparation:
    Prepare in the glass and fill with mineral water. Put 4 to 6 ice cubes. Decorate with a slice of lime and a cherry.

    Pisco Tonic:

    1 ounce of pisco
    Tonic water
    4 to 5 ice cubes
    Preparation:
    Serve directly in the glass and fill with tonic water. Add ice to taste and decorate with a lime slice.

    Provincianita (Little Province Girl):

    2 ounces of pure pisco
    2 limes
    3 tea spoon of sugar

    Raíces Peruanas (Peruvian Roots):

    ¾ ounces of pisco
    ¾ ounces of amaretto
    ½ ounce of perfecto amor
    ½ ounce of drambuie
    2 ounces of eggruit juice

    Rosa de Amor (Love Rose):

    ½ ounce of acholado pisco
    2 ounces of banana cream
    ¼ ounce of peach cream
    2 ounces of milk
    ½ ounce of grenadine syrup

    Sol y Mar (Sun and Sea):

    1 ½ ounces of acholado pisco
    ¼ ounce of cranberry vodka 
    ¼ ounce of blue curaçao
    ½ ounce of cane syrup
    2 ounces of orange juice

    Sol y Sombra (Sun and Shadow):

    1 ounce of pure pisco
    1 ½ ounces of morello cherry cream
    ½ ounce of cane syrup
    1 dash of Angostura bitter
    1 dash of lime juice
    1 lime slice
    ½ orange slice
    6 ice cubes
    Ginger ale
    Preparation:
    Serve in a tall glass, put 3 to 4 ice cubes and fill with ginger ale. Decorate with lime slice.

    Sonia:

    1 ounce of pure pisco
    ½ ounce of amaretto
    ½ ounce of milk
    ½ ounce of strawberry liquor
    ½ ounce of orange curaçao

    Zumbador (Buzzing):

    1 ½ ounce of pisco
    1 ½ ounce of apple liquor
    ½ ounce of lime juice
    1/2 ounce of red curaçao
